对目前腐败现象及根源的探讨

改革开放以来 ,腐败问题日益成为一个亟待解决的问题。腐败的实质是政治权力与经济财富的交换。本文分析了中国产生腐败的四个基本原因或基本特征 ,认为解决目前腐败问题要从腐败产生的根源着手 ,才能使腐败现象彻底改观。而铲除腐败的根源就是继续在政治和经济方面进行改革 ,建立与当代生产力、生产体系相适应的制度体制

Research on ways to rooting out of corruption

Since China adopted the reform and open policy in 1978,all kinds of corruption have been emerging in an endless stream,which calls for our immediate attention,action and decision. Some scholars have reached the conclusion that the nature of corruption is using political power to exchange financial benefits. This article analyzes four typical characteristics or basic reasons of emerging corruption in China. In order to root out corruption,we must find out what the nature and source of corruption are in today's China. The ultimate measure is to keep up political and economical reform and to establish a new political system adapted to modern productivity and productive relationship.
