| 摘 要： | 自由、民主、法治之间的关系十分复杂,合理地界定并调适三者间的价值是社会主义政治融 人现实生活的关键。民主因自由与平等的张力而产生,是实现自由并调节自由与平等紧张关系的一种政 治机制。法治则是理性地发展民主、实现自由的一种规范性制度安排。民主与法治的必然联系表现在两 者彼此依赖,在与自由相互适应、相互协调的现实中实现人的自由之美。
