| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的扩大，大学毕业生的就业压力越来越大，除了社会就业形势的大环境外，大学生的学习质量问题成为人们关注的问题，影响其学习质量的因素很多，本文运用质的研究方法，对几个在校大学生进行了访谈，从大学生自身的角度探讨了大学生的自我管理与其学习活动及学习结果的关系。

| Abstract: | With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the employment pressure of graduates is becoming increasingly higher.Besides the social employment pressure,the question of the graduates' study quality becomes the matter of concern.There are many factors affecting the students' study quality.With qualitative research method,this paper intends to analyze the relationship between self-management and study activity as well as quality by interviewing several undergraduate students. |
