| 摘 要： | 土地革命战争时期的中央苏区 ,中国共产党在政权建设方面进行了初步尝试 ,其中反腐败制度的建设颇有建树 ,建立了一套从中央到地方的中国共产党内、苏维埃政权、工农群众的监察制度和财政经济领域的审计监察制度 ,对于保证党和政权机关的廉洁性起了重要作用 ,并积累了很多有效的方法。

| Abstract: | During the Second Revolutionary Civil War in Central Soviet Area, the Communist Party of China made great efforts to establish its regime, among which the construction of anti corruption system is worth mentioning. A system of financial auditing and political supervision at various levels from central area to local regions was set up within the Party among ordinary people, including workers and farmers. During the process, much experience had been accumulated to guarantee the incorruptibility of government organs and the party remembers. |
