| 摘 要： | 提高政府官员的道德水平是我国经济社会发展的重要保证,也是实现"以德治国"方略的必然要求。当前应尽快建立和完善以"全心全意为人民服务"为基本原则的官德体系,加强官德建设,有效防范政府官员的腐败,提高行政效能。

| Abstract: | Raising goverment officials' ethical level is a guarantee of economic and social development in China, and an inevitable demand of realizing the strategy ruling the country by virtue. At present, the official ethics system taking serving the people whole-heartedly as its basic principle should be established and perfected as soon as possible, meanwhile the construction of official virtue should be strengthened to prevent from government officials' corruption effectively and improve administrative efficiency. |
