摘    要:信用风险历来是银行业予以高度注意防范的风险,而集团客户鉴于其规模大、业务量多的特殊性,使得银行对其信用风险的管理必须更加谨慎和到位。集团客户信用风险的产生既有其内部原因,又有来自外部的诸多因素,要更好地防范其信用风险,就应加强对授信额度、关联交易、信息披露、内部监管等方面的制度建设。
