| 摘 要： | 为了解决高校目前存在的经费不足问题,财务工作必须跟上改革步伐,适应市场经济发展的新形势,采取切实有利的措施,加强管理,努力探索生财、聚财、用财的新路子。改变以往高校经费来源单一的管理体制,建立以政府财政拨款为主,其他多种渠道并用的社会化、多元化教育筹资体制。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of inadequate university funds at present,We should make the financial work keep pace with reform,take efficient and beneficial measures,streng then management,try to develop new ways of creating,gathering and utilizing funds,change the old manage ment system of the single source of educational funds,and establish a socializing and diversifying system of raising funds which relies mainly on government allocation together with other multi-channels. |
