对腐败“零容忍”的困境与对策

对腐败"零容忍",就是对任何腐败行为都不能容忍的态度。当前,纵容腐败的封建统治影响、对腐败认同的社会心理影响以及"倒金字塔"式的腐败影响,造成腐败现象日趋严重,反腐斗争面临困境,反腐败的任务十分艰巨。要对腐败"零容忍",实现政治清明的社会环境,就必须要构建科学的干部评价体系,以"零容忍"为基础构建廉政文化,抑制腐败认同心理,自上而下不折不扣加大廉政制度执行力。

"Zero-tolerance" against Corruption: The Plight and Measures

＂Zero-tolerance＂ against corruption is an intolerance attitude to any corrupt behavior. Currently, the influences from feudal rule of conniving corruption, social psychology in accepting corruption and ＂Inverted Pyramid＂ Corruption makes corruption become more serious every day. The fight against corruption faces adverse conditions, with very difficult tasks of anti- corruption. In order to realize a social environment of politically correctness with Zero-tolerance＂ against corruption, it is essential to structure a scientific evaluation system of leaders, to establish an integrity culture with ＂Zero-tolerance＂ as its basis, to restrain mentality in accepting corruption and to increase the executive force of the incorrupt government system from top to bottom.
