| 摘 要： | 美国从现实主义的角度出发,在东北亚实行分而治之的战略,以使美国的利益最大化。美国与日本、韩国和台湾地区发展和建立了同盟或实质性的同盟关系,同盟之外的中国、俄罗斯与朝鲜被迫建立或发展了战略合作或同盟关系。

| Abstract: | The United States maximizes her interests in northeast Asia by dividing northeast Asia and then managing the separated parts from the angle of realism.The United States develops and establishes alliance relation or real alliance relation with Japan,South Korea and Taiwan.Outside the alliance,China,Russia and North Korea have to establish or develop strategic cooperation or alliance relation. |
