| 摘 要： | 《联合国反腐败公约》是国际社会在控制腐败方面的一个全球性和全面性的国际公约,是联合国历史上第一部全面指导国际反腐败工作的法律文件。除序言外,包括总则、预防措施、定罪与执法、国际合作等基本内容。它具有广泛性与全面性、整体性与平衡性等特点,对国际法具有重大发展,同时对我国有诸多启示。

| Abstract: | United Nations Convention against Corruption is a global and complete international conveention on corruption prevention within the scope of international society,which is the first UN legal document in history providing a full guide to anti-corruption activities.Besides,preamble,it is consist of general provisions,preventive measures,criminalization and Law enforcement,and international cooperation.It is characterized by an integration of universality and comprehensiveness,as well as integrity and equilibrium.It provides great development to international law,and also gives inspiration to China. |
