| 摘 要： | 高等教育事业的快速发展,对高校反腐倡廉工作不断提出新的课题和挑战。建立健全符合高校实际的惩治和预防腐败体系是高校健康顺利发展的关键。要建立高校廉政预警机制、廉政建设教育防范机制、制度约束机制、监督制约机制,增强体系建设的前瞻性、实效性、科学性、权威性。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of college and university presents constant challenges to the college work of anti-corruption and cleanness advocacy.In order to develop healthily and smoothly,it is critical for colleges and universities to set up and perfect a practical and suitable system of punishing and preventing corruption,which requires establishing a clean administration and warning mechanism,education mechanism and restriction mechanism so as to ensure the system's foresightedness,efficiency,scientificness and authoritativeness. |
