诚信的缺失与重建

目前我国社会生活中的诚信缺失现象,在经济领域、公共政治领域、文化生活领域和人们的日常生活领域都有不同程度的反映和表现。诚信缺失严重影响着社会主义市场经济的完善和发展,影响着我国经济竞争力的提高和投资环境的改善,同时诚信缺失也损害了党和政府在公众中的权威和形象,并对人们的道德观念、思想意识和行为方式造成了诸多不良影响。要通过进一步健全和完善市场规则,加强维护诚信道德的法制建设,建立和完善政府信用监督约束机制,建立诚信评价管理体系等一系列措施,重建社会诚信。只有这样,才能在全社会逐渐形成和确立诚实守信的道德风尚。

At present,the loss of honesty in the social life of our country is reflected,in varying degrees,in the fields of economy,politics,culture and the field of people's daily life.The loss of honesty has a serious impact on the perfection and development of the socialist market economy.It affects the improving of our country's economic competition and leads to the deterioration of investment environment.At the same time, the loss of honesty also undermines the authority and image that the CPC and the government have among the public.It also has adverse effects on the moral concepts,and way of behavior of the people.Therefore,a whole set of measures should be taken to reestablish social honesty.The legal construction of honesty and ethics should be strengthened and protected.The mechanism of supervision and restriction on the credit of the government should be established and perfected.The system of evaluation and administration of honesty should also be established.Only in this way,can honesty be gradually formed and established in the whole society.
