| 摘 要： | 冲突是人类社会的一种基本状态,也是理解人类社会的一种基本方式。面对政治冲突,资本主义社会的基本态度可以归为两类,一类是源自马克思批判主义指导下的政治冲突思想,一类是源自韦伯的理解社会学指导下的政治冲突思想。两者本质区别在于:是否对政治冲突作价值判断;是否可以以武力解决政治冲突;是否可以从根本上消除政治冲突。面对冲突,前者是一种批判的态度,后者是一种管理的态度。这两种态度代表了资本主义社会对待政治冲突的两种基本立场,形成了关于资本主义社会政治冲突的两种不同的思想传统,进而形成了处理资本主义社会政治冲突的不同方式和制度设计。而批判与理解正是这两种传统的理论内核和基本线索。
