改革创新纪检监察制度是遏止腐败的现实途径

在不同历史时期腐败现象滋生和蔓延有着不同的动因和表现形式。研究发现,基于当前我国腐败现象的特点,在今后一个时期内,遏止和消除党政机关的“中层腐败”和社会公共领域的“末梢腐败”,将是反腐败的主要任务。因此,通过有序扩大政治参与范围和力度、健全执政党的党内民主制度、深化政治改革是源头治理的基础,而创新纪检监察制度则是遏止腐败的现实途径和理性选择。

Creative reforms to the discipline supervision system: a realistic approach to the prevention of corruption

Corruption in different historical periods result from different motives and are represented in diverse forms.Studies indicate that as far as the current corruption in our country is concerned the main task of the anti-corruption campaign in the coming period is to focus on the "middle-level corruption" of the party and administration institutions and the "end corruption" in the social public areas.Therefore,to expand and enhance political participation,to perfect the party democracy system and to deepen the reforms to the political system are the basis for prevention of corruption while it is a realistic approach and rational choice to prevent corruption by means of reforming the discipline supervision system.
