论学术研究外缘性空间的腐败

学术腐败可理解为与学术研究相关的机构及其个人利用权力故意实施有悖于学术研究最高原则的行为.判断学术腐败的两个至关重要的要素是:是否有悖于学术研究最高原则和是否利用权力.基于促进人类社会前进的终极目的而对"真"无止尽的追求和严格恪守即是学术研究的最高真谛,一切有悖于促进人类社会前进、有悖于学术研究最高原则"真"、有悖于人类良知的工作机构及其人员的制造虚假、违背学术道德的心理和行为即是学术研究的外缘性空间,也是学术研究产生腐败的外缘性空间.学术研究外缘性空间的腐败主要存在于对学术研究进行管理的各类政府机构和发表学术研究成果的各类学术媒体机构.

On the Corruption of External Space of Academic Research

Academic corruption is the behavior that apparatus and personal concerning with academic research use the power to go against highest principle and the ultimate goal which advance human society of academic research.There are two important key elements whether the corruption goes against highest principle and the ultimate goal of academic research,or makes use of power in academic research.The highest essence of academic research is limitlessly seeking for true and strict adhering in view of the ultimate goal;external space of academic research is psychology and behavior of making shame,violating academic moral and going against the advance of human society and the highest principle and innate knowledge of human.It is also external space of academic research corruption.External space corruption of academic research exists in all government apparatus which administer academic research and all academic media which publish achievements in academic research.
