数字普惠金融与农户相对贫困脆弱性*

测度不同贫困线标准下数字普惠金融对农户相对贫困脆弱性的作用效果及其最优指数区间,揭示数字普惠金融对不同农户相对贫困脆弱性影响的结构性差异和作用机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融对农户相对贫困脆弱性的影响既存在"数字红利"效应也存在"数字鸿沟"效应,二者呈现出倒"U"型关系,降低农户相对贫困脆弱性的最优数字普惠金融指数区间位于108~160之间。分结构看,较低贫困线标准下数字金融覆盖广度对农户相对贫困脆弱性的减缓程度更加明显,但较高贫困线标准下数字金融使用深度对农户相对贫困脆弱性的减缓程度更大,且呈小幅递增趋势。在作用机制层面,数字普惠金融主要通过提高农户数字技能和风险管理能力,降低居民收入差距来发挥中介作用,减缓农户相对贫困脆弱性。     

利用数控增益放大器提高A/D转换器的分辨率

文章介绍利用数控增益放大器LH0086大幅度提高A／D转换器分辨率的方法,可将8位A／D转换器的分辨率提高到接近16位A／D的水平,适用于高速数据系采集系统,给出了相应的硬件原理图和软件框图。     

多重网络中的词学研究

近20年来,词学研究有所进展,但仍存在一些问题。词学研究应在多重网络中展开。首先,词学是专门之学,但研究者仍需建构开放的知识网络。词乐研究虽有不少成果,但仍处于相对低潮。这与研究者受限于音乐知识,无法有效介入有关。词谱、词律等专门之学亦是如此。其次,可以尝试词学研究的时空延展,打造通观的“全息网络”,通过长时段的、大量的文本分析发现新话题。同时,注意域外汉籍,因为它们可以提供新文献,启发新视角,丰富文本网络。最后,要注意数字人文的发展趋向,要建设词学检索库,善用新技术,更新研究理念,以便及时因应。但数字人文终究只是辅助研究手段,技术取代不了阅读与思考,只有在传统研究的基础上,技术才能发挥更大的作用。     

农村电商人才胜任力模型构建——以川陕地区为例

数字经济时代,电商促进了区域经济协调发展,人才为缩小数字鸿沟提供了智力支持。运用文献研究法、行为事件访谈法提取农村电商人才胜任力模型要素,对川陕地区农村电商示范县中的电商从业者进行了调研,并通过探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析进行模型检验,构建了农村电商人才胜任力模型。模型包括外显的经营能力、基础能力、从业知识3个维度,以及内隐的职业素养、个人品质2个维度。基于农村电商人才胜任力模型,从培养机制、培训体系、绩效考核体系以及薪酬管理体系4个方面为农村电商人才培养提出相应建议。     

Curating the Soul: Foucault's concept of hupomnemata and the digital technology of self-care

This paper explores how online actions such as the practice of digital self-writing shape our offline identity. We start with an examination of the concept of hupomnemata – a practice of self-writing in which notes are kept as a ‘material record of things read, heard, or thought’ in the intent of shaping the self [Foucault (1997). Self writing. In P. Rabinow (Ed.), Ethics, subjectivity and truth. The essential works of Foucault, 1954–1984. Volume 1 (pp. 207–222). New York, NY: The New Press p. 209] – before arguing that the practice of digital content curation can be understood as a modern-day variant of the Greco-Roman hupomnemata. Although the work of the digital curator is conducted online, this paper positions contemporary curatorial practices as acts of self-exploration, self-cultivation, and self-care, which nourish offline identity and which ultimately work to shape the offline, corporeal self.     

(Un)ethical practices: intimacy and Internet in the media coverage of the Ashley Madison hack

In the summer of 2015, the “cheating website” known as Ashley Madison came under scrutiny, as a group calling itself the Impact Team revealed users’ private information. This case study explores the controversy’s Canadian media coverage and sheds light on the main discourses about intimacy and the Internet that were made visible during this event. It interrogates how cheaters, hackers, and the company were represented. To varying degrees, the mainstream press condemns the cheaters, the hackers, and the company for their behaviour. The article also addresses the ways intimate practices are politicized and commercialized in the digital context, including a discussion of the emphasis on “privacy.” To conclude the article, I discuss the transparency and privacy issues implicated in digital intimacies and the power–knowledge (im)balance implied by hackers’ online anonymity.

高校图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询服务是一种全新的信息服务形式,深受广大用户的喜爱和欢迎。该文通过对江西省昌北高校图书馆联盟2011年1至6月份虚拟参考咨询的服务人员、服务形式、服务内容、服务效率及存在问题进行调查分析研究,提出提升该联盟虚拟参考咨询服务质量的积极建议及对策。     

德、位张力与先秦儒家的性命之学——对楚简《唐虞之道》第14至29号简的思想解读

文章系统解读了楚简《唐虞之道》第14至29号简的思想内涵及脉络,认为这部分简文首先通过尧成为天子之原因的追问,突出了德与位的张力问题,即在应然之理上,有位必当有德,但就实然之事看,有德未必有位.简文对这一德位张力有两个层面的解决方案:一方面,要求有德无位者全力修德,谨守性命,安于时命,养成恒常如一的圆满德行,从而能在得位而治时能“利天下而弗利”；另一方面,要求有位者透悟性命之正,从而能主动尚德授贤、退而养生,这既能使贤者居位而利天下,又能退而养生以自利.简文将“七十致政”之礼普遍化,试图断绝天子终身制的构想,也具有深刻的政治哲学意义.     

Pierre Bourdieu: theorizing the digital

ABSTRACT

Pierre Bourdieu is known for his research in the areas of education and cultural stratification that led to a number of theoretical contributions informing the social sciences. Bourdieu’s interrelated concepts of field, capital, and habitus have become central in many approaches to inequality and stratification across the social sciences. In addition, we argue that Bourdieu’s ideas also feature in what is increasingly known as ‘digital sociology.’ To underscore this claim, we explore the ways in which Bourdieu’s ideas continue to have a major impact on social science research both on and with digital and Internet-based technologies. To do so, we offer a review of both Bourdieusian theorizing of the digital vis-à-vis both research on the social impacts of digital communication technologies and the application of digital technologies to social science research methods. We contend that three interconnected features of Bourdieu’s sociology have allowed his approach to flourish in the digital age: (1) his theories’ inseparability from the practice of empirical research; (2) his ontological stance combining realism and social constructionism; and (3) his familiarity with concepts developed in other disciplines and participation in interdisciplinary collaborative projects. We not only reason that these three factors go some way in accounting for Bourdieu’s influence in many sociological subfields, but we also suggest that they have been especially successful in positioning Bourdieusian sociology to take advantage of opportunities associated with digital communication technologies.
