在翻译西德尼·谢尔顿的自传体小说《我的另一面》的第一章中感受倍深，从忠实传意、瞻前顾后、运用技巧等几个方面归纳，进而研讨在两种语言的转换过程中何以异中求同、变中求信，从而更加深刻地认识翻译行为既受限制性约束，又有创造性的自由，其本质是在两种不同文化之间进行协调。     

Managing Logistics in Regional Banknote Supply Chain Under Security Concerns

We study the logistics problem faced by Regional Branches (RBs) of a central bank in managing the currency supply under security concerns. While making banknote supply decisions to Sub‐Branches (SBs), the management of RB must achieve two goals simultaneously: (i) guarantee that each SB has sufficient inventories of all denominations of banknotes to satisfy the demands from all commercial banks within its service area, and (ii) control the annual spending on this banknote supply operation. Due to security concerns, the following methods are implemented in the process of transporting banknotes: (i) the capacity of a cash truck is limited by the total face value (instead of the physical space) of banknotes, and (ii) empty decoy trucks are deployed along with the trucks filled with banknotes. After deriving a polynomial‐time strategy to guarantee an optimal solution for the special Bin‐Packing Problem faced in this study, we provide an exact formulation for the RB's supply planning problem. We also propose several polynomial‐time algorithms for deriving either optimal or near‐optimal solutions for the problem under different settings. Using the weekly demand data obtained from the central bank, we verify the performance of our algorithms, and analyze the impacts of changes in these features and in the fleet capacity on the total cost incurred by an RB under various scenarios.     

Ranking of the Most Prolific Authors,Universities, and Organizations in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management

ABSTRACT

Over the years, reviews in behavior analysis have sought to identify the most prolific researchers and institutions. The goal of these reviews was to offer one resource for behavior analysts to identify experts in behavior analysis and quality graduate programs. However, most of these reviews omitted the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM), making the results less relevant to those who work in organizational behavior management. The purpose of this review was to extend previous findings and identify the most published researchers, academic institutions, and organizations in JOBM since its inception. Furthermore, we calculated the citation rate (per year, per article) for each of the top 20 most published authors. The results, implications, and opportunities for further analysis are discussed.     

城镇化背景下农产品物流发展模式研究

农产品物流作为物流业的一个分支,在促进农业产业化和城镇化发展方面发挥着重要作用。对原有农产品物流发展模式进行分析,构建四种农产品物流发展模式。从城镇化水平的角度出发,以辽宁省为例,运用主成分聚类分析法对辽宁省14个地区的城镇化水平进行评价及分类,并针对不同城镇化水平的地区进行农产品物流发展模式的选择,旨在为促进农产品物流的一体化发展提供借鉴。     

基于改进突变级数法的农产品物流产业评估模型研究

对农产品物流产业发展水平进行客观、准确的分析与评估,可为政府部门优化与调整产业发展、合理制定产业规划提供科学依据。运用突变级数法与离差最大化法构建农产品物流产业评估模型,并选取广东和山东两省20102014年相关数据对构建的评估模型进行实例分析。结果表明：广东省农产品物流产业发展的优势主要体现在信息化水平与经济基础两方面,基础设施建设则是当前制约其产业发展的关键因素;而庞大的产业规模是现阶段支撑山东省农产品物流产业发展的重要力量。改进的突变级数评估模型既克服了主观赋权的局限,又不失科学性和合理性,计算简单,具有重要实用价值。     

港口物流与区域产业结构优化--基于湛江市的实证

基于2004-2014年的数据,采用灰色关联度和线性回归模型对湛江市港口物流与区域产业结构优化效应进行分析。结果显示：港口物流两大指标与湛江市 GDP 及三大产业的平均关联度均超过0.7,回归分析亦得到同样的结果,说明发展港口物流对区域经济增长和产业结构优化有重要作用。优化湛江市产业结构,可以从做好临港产业发展规划,引导钢铁和石化产业集聚;完善港口物流基础设施,大力发展集装箱运输;积极推进内陆无水港建设,拓宽内陆经济腹地;大力推进"保税物流中心"建设,推动区港联动发展等几个方面进行。     

如何对区域活动中的幼儿进行评价

幼儿园区域活动是幼儿获取知识技能、体验生活的一种幼儿教育形式,它通过为幼儿提供熟悉的活动环境和材料,促进幼儿主动参与活动、自主选择、合作交流和勇于探索,达到个人素质逐步提高的目的。区域活动中孩子以小组或个人的形式自由观察、探索、操作、摆弄,以获得自身的快乐和小成就为目的。区域活动中幼儿的行为,能表现出幼儿在活动中的情绪、操作技能、认知基础、社会性发展等多方面的状态。幼儿的活动离不开教师的有效观察和适时介入,只有教师能正确看待幼儿的活动行为,客观评价幼儿活动状态,才能真正支持幼儿发展。     

生态批评作为文学活动对于人的诗意生存

生态存在必然诗意地寻归生命有机性的运演节律。对人来说,或者对人的生存来说,生态对文学、文学对生态,都依生态存在而动,都是人的生命活动状态使然。生命有机性既是人的自然之身及感性生命的基础,又有机呈现人的多重存在关系,更需要精神性及审美化的提升,文学则是其中重要提升力量。生命、人与文学的生成及效应则依循诗意的节律,既形成整体的有效性,又显示着各方的魅力。当生态批评作为一种文学现象出现,从发生之初到广泛影响实际都在极大地关注着人的生存问题,并探寻人何以能诗意生存。当生态批评作为文学活动在助力,必然要成就那种“有效”及“魅力”,其方法、策略及目的性追寻,旨在助推人的活动不断地融入诗意生存。事实上,生态批评的阐释、评论、理性确证及学理基质,就是通过生态整体及诗意性的综合性体验,把控生态、生命、人与文学间的诗意关系,彰显其相互促动、相互映衬的魅力。

Material logistics in hospitals: A literature review

Hospital material management has been identified as one key cost containment lever to cope with steadily increasing healthcare costs in industrialized countries. The purpose of this work is to present the state-of-the-art of research on material logistics management in hospitals. Particular focus is given to articles that apply quantitative methods. Our contribution is threefold: First, we provide research guidance through categorizing literature and identifying major research streams. Second, we discuss applied methodologies and third, we identify future research directions. A systematic approach is undertaken in order to identify the relevant literature from 1998 to 2014. Applicable publications are categorized thematically and methodologically and future research opportunities are worked out. In total, 145 publications are identified and discussed in this work. The literature is categorized into four streams, i.e., (1) Supply and procurement, (2) Inventory management, (3) Distribution and scheduling, and (4) Holistic supply chain management. The use of optimization techniques is constantly gaining importance. The number of respective publications has continually grown and has peaked over the last three years. Optimization has been successfully applied in research streams (1), (2), and (3). Category (4) comprises a rather qualitative research field of literature dealing with supply chain management issues.
