我国城市社区建设的几个理论和实践问题

在实践中 ,城市社区建设的实际操作有诸多现象和现实问题应引起我们足够的重视。“社区建设”概念的界定、政府在城市社区建设中的职能定位、居民参与在城市社区建设中的地位、社区工作者队伍建设等几个主要方面的问题则需要我们加以认真的研究和探讨。     

非英语专业学生在英语学习中情感障碍特征分析

外语教学和外语学习的成功取决于诸多因素 ,其中情感因素越来越受到研究者和外语教师们的重视。笔者以 2 88名非英语专业本科生为对象 ,通过问卷调查 ,从焦虑、自信和动机三个方面来分析非英语专业大学生在英语学习中情感障碍特征及其表现 ,以便为探索能降低学生情感障碍的教学方法提供依据

STTEPping in the right direction? Western classical music in an orchestral programme for disadvantaged African youth

This article looks at STTEP, an outreach project currently housed at the University of Pretoria, which concentrates on the teaching of western orchestral instruments, plus background areas such as music theory, to disadvantaged children and youth from a variety of townships around Pretoria, South Africa. STTEP’s direction can well be described as ‘right’ – pupils are already surrounded by all kinds of global phenomena, and their formal music studies in western classical music are not making them forget their roots. In fact, the contrary has been found to be the case and some interesting cultural fusions are already seen – always a sign of a living culture.     

"昙花一现"的美丽——朦胧诗回眸

朦胧诗是新时期文学的第一个诗歌潮流,它是一代人生命体验的艺术折光,凸现了自我意识,带来了诗歌审美的嬗变和精神重建的要求。朦胧诗的诗人们呼喊人道主义和要求人的尊严、价值等的启蒙主题,以及大胆借鉴西方现代派的艺术手法的探索精神,无疑是一座崛起的丰碑,已经深深烙在人们心里。然而,朦胧诗由于不可避免的局限性和精神危机,在更为激进的新生代诗人的一片打倒声中,走向消亡。     

超验主义主体思想与儒家角色伦理学

爱默生、梭罗和惠特曼的肯定性“自我”书写与霍桑、梅尔维尔、爱伦·坡等的否定性“自我”书写共同为美国独立民族意识和国族文学的构建奠定了基础。美国的个人主义更深入地植根于前者的超验主义主体思想中,但由于对“自我”内在神性和超验原则的强调,其主体思想陷入唯我和超验的困境,促使他们不得不进行反思与修正。当代美国哲学家、汉学家安乐哲吸收中西传统的有关思想,提出以儒家角色伦理学作为走出西方个人主义困境的有效途径。爱默生、梭罗和惠特曼的“自我”书写与儒家角色伦理学的人学思想有趋同倾向,前者呈现从抽象道德主体到具象道德主体、从自我内在性到自然外在性及群体外在性的转变趋势,这一转向与儒家角色伦理学对具象外在性人际关系的关注有共通之处,由此可见儒家思想的普遍意义。     

Basic aspects of evolution strategies

Evolution strategies (ESs) are a special class of probabilistic, direct, global optimization methods. They are similar to genetic algorithms but work in continuous spaces and have the additional capability of self-adapting their major strategy parameters. This paper presents the most important features of ESs, namely their self-adaptation, as well as their robustness and potential for parallelization which they share with other evolutionary algorithms.Besides the early (1 + 1)-ES and its underlying theoretical results, the modern ( + )-ES and (, )-ES are presented with special emphasis on the self-adaptation of strategy parameters, a mechanism which enables the algorithm to evolve not only the object variables but also the characteristics of the probability distributions of normally distributed mutations. The self-adaptation property of the algorithm is also illustrated by an experimental example.The robustness of ESs is demonstrated for noisy fitness evaluations and by its application to discrete optimization problems, namely the travelling salesman problem (TSP).Finally, the paper concludes by summarizing existing work and general possibilities regarding the parallelization of evolution strategies and evolutionary algorithms in general.

菲茨杰拉德作品中的流亡主题研究

流亡文学不仅是一种文学题材,也同样是一种文学类型。在特定的历史背景下反映特定的时代精神和作家的写作心态。尤其是在20世纪上半叶,经历两次世界大战和社会变革的美国,知识分子流亡在其文学史上占有极大的比重。作为迷惘的一代的流亡作家菲茨杰拉德,必然与这个时代的流亡文学浪潮有着密不可分的联系,他笔下所塑造的主人公形象无论是精神上的自我放逐还是抒发对未来的迷惘状态,无不具有20世纪流亡主题的共性。作家菲茨杰拉德的《人间天堂》《漂亮冤家》《夜色温柔》三部长篇小说描述了作为一个流亡作家在其创作道路上的得与失、寻找与回归,由青年走向成熟的过程。
