How Rehabilitation Professionals Define the Concepts of Spirituality and Religion When Working with Individuals with Disabilities

ABSTRACT

Recently, some helping professionals have called for the inclusion of spirituality and religion in practice. This has created an important debate. As a result, it has become apparent that individual educators and practitioners are unclear about what is meant by these concepts as they relate to practice. This study utilized in-depth interviews to understand the essential meanings that fifteen rehabilitation professionals assigned to the concepts of spirituality and religion in their practices with individuals with disabilities. Two essential themes developed for spirituality, and three developed for religion. Implications for the future use of these concepts in practice are discussed.

地震保险制度之立法模式选择

地震灾害是近年来我国遭受损失最严重的灾害类型,具有发生不确定性和损失严重性的特点。防范地震灾害的有效手段是通过地震保险对灾害进行防治、对损失进行分担,而利用法律对地震保险提供支持和进行规制是当今地震保险研究的重要课题。目前,地震保险立法模式主要有3种,即地震保险计划、地震保险专门法和统一巨灾保险法,文章对3种模式的优缺点进行了客观细致地分析,并深刻检讨我国当前的立法状况,提出未来地震保险法应选择的立法模式,进而提出明确的完善路径。     

大学文科生写作素养的缺失及对策

目前我国大学文科生的写作素养存在严重的缺失现象,主要表现为写作基础差、创新能力差、写作人格差的三差特征。而教育制度缺陷、教师素养缺陷、学生素养缺陷的三缺是造成三差的基本原因;强化教育改革、强化教师素养和强化学生素养的三强措施是解决三差的基本对策。     

硕士研究生问题意识的遗失与回归

环视当下的象牙塔,硕士研究生的问题意识明显缺失,而研究生问题意识的不足是制约其创新能力发展的瓶颈。本文从传统文化背景、师生伦理关系、教育生态环境、人才评价机制和现实生活压力等维度,对其问题意识缺失的原因作了理性分析,进而就研究生创新能力的提升提出建议。     

高校科研团队诚信缺失的主要形式及成因

国内高校科研团队诚信缺失有五种较为典型的表现形式:一是科研团队研究人员过于追求科研经费、职称晋升和学历学位而导致其研究目的不够纯;二是科研团队过于急功近利,追求"短平快"而致使其研究态度不够端;三是科研团队成员表现出抄袭造假、虚假署名和学术行政化等方面行为不够正;四是科研团队成员表现出缺乏问题意识、回避真问题等行为使研究所探讨的问题不够真;五是由于论证不足、文风不实等导致研究所得观点不够实。     

国产灾难电影发展阶段及研究热点

灾难电影一般指将重大的自然与人为灾难作为表现对象的电影。灾难电影作为西方电影界一种重要电影类型,以震撼的视觉冲击力与娱乐效应赢得极高的票房价值与观众群,具有极高的商业与艺术价值。国产灾难电影在我国可分三个发展阶段,近年呈较快发展态势,汶川地震以来已成为创作热点。《唐山大地震》引起了学界对国产灾难片的热切关注,其创作经验及研究状况需要梳理、总结与关注。     

‘Blowing up the pylon’: the limitations to Lacanism in organization studies,seen from the perspective of Deleuze and Guattari

We critically engage with the Lacanian notions of fantasy and lack through an understanding of desire as ontologically productive. The introduction of the Lacanian psychoanalytic notions of fantasy and lack into organizational studies has helped to widen the understanding of the mechanism that makes employees desire the idealized images of identity provided by the organizations for which they work. Our claim is that Deleuze’s and Guattari’s conception of desire as productive contributes to the understanding of the role that desire plays in producing and organizing the social setting in which such fantasies and a sense of lack emerge in the first place. Furthermore, we argue that Deleuze and Guattari can help point to the inherent danger of Lacanism’s blunting its own analytical and critical potential when trying to understand such social settings.

科研诚信缺失是现在学术界研究和政府关注的热点问题.首先梳理了科研诚信缺失行为的概念内涵,然后探讨了影响科研诚信缺失行为的影响要素,最后对这些要素进行了实证检验和结构方程模型分析.研究发现:科研工作者周围的诚信环境、竞争压力、科研收益、资金规范状况及科研能力将显著影响其科研诚信行为.     

傲慢与偏见——80后作家与批评家之间的畸形互动

自2000年5月以韩寒为代表的《三重门》出版,其后历经郭敬明的《幻城》、《梦里花落知多少》,发展至以李傻傻的《红X》为代表的＂实力派五虎将＂创作,80后文学一时风起云涌。然而对于80后文学热的讨论余温,直到今天也未曾终止。从2006年的＂韩白＂之争,剖析这场论争存在发生的原因,试图通过这一现象透析今天整个文学界与批评界之间的畸形互动关系,尝试寻求一种科学的解决之道,以确立二者之间良性关系的建构。
