新冠肺炎疫情常态化背景下高职院校体育课教学现状调查与对策研究——以吉林省7所高职院校为例

新冠肺炎疫情常态化使高职院校的体育课教学面临新的挑战。研究组通过问卷调查线上体育课的教学情况,并根据调查结果提出新冠肺炎疫情常态化背景下高职院校体育课教学的对策。     

从《了凡四训》到《训儿俗说》——关于袁了凡及其家风家训的思想史考察

袁了凡（袁黄）以其《了凡四训》闻名于世，该书亦被当作训子家书。其实，了凡所作家训并非《了凡四训》，而是《训儿俗说》。作为王龙溪（王畿）的及门弟子，了凡在思想上是阳明后学的一分子，其人生轨迹属于典型的儒家士大夫，其日常修持及著述呈现三教汇通的思想特色。了凡家风淳朴，家学深厚，以儒为宗，兼收并蓄，强调道德主义，注重积德行善，具有出世情怀，对其人格产生深刻影响。     

A dynamic business modelling approach to design and experiment new business venture strategies

Business Modelling has evolved as a key activity to reflect new business venture strategy by framing the way a firm will operate and how it will function in achieving its goals (e.g., profitability, growth, innovation, social impact). However, scholars and practitioners have criticized the adoption of a too static perspective in the design and use of conventional Business Model representations. Such a static perspective prevents nascent entrepreneurs experimenting with their Business Models and, as a result, identifying the most effective strategies, especially in terms of business sustainability and profitability. In this paper, we argue that combining conventional Business Model schemas with System Dynamics modelling results in a strategy design tool that may overcome several limitations related to a static view of Business Model representation. Mapping the different key elements underlying value creation processes into a system of causal interdependencies – through the use of simulation – allows strategy analysts and entrepreneurs to experiment and learn how the business reacts to strategic and organizational changes in terms of performance, innovation and value creation. As such, Dynamic Business Models provide useful insights to strategy formulation and business venturing by capturing how critical Business Model elements interact to produce enduring competitive advantages over time.     

高职学生网上评教数据的修正与优化处理研究

针对高职学生网上评教存在的问题,采用评教验证机制设置不合理评教的限制。对学生评教数据先剔除异常值,再分别对不同班级、不同课程和不同院系之间的学生评教数据进行修正与优化处理,得出最终的修正分值,降低了因班级、课程和院系的不同而导致的评教数据的差异性,使学生的网上评教能更准确有效的反应出教师的教学水平。     

A Shiny Update to an Old Experiment Game

ABSTRACT

Games can be a powerful tool for learning about statistical methodology. Effective game design involves a fine balance between caricature and realism, to simultaneously illustrate salient concepts in a controlled setting and serve as a testament to real-world applicability. Striking that balance is particularly challenging in response surface and design domains, where real-world scenarios often play out over long time scales, during which theories are revised, model and inferential techniques are improved, and knowledge is updated. Here, I present a game, borrowing liberally from one first played over 40 years ago, which attempts to achieve that balance while reinforcing a cascade of topics in modern nonparametric response surfaces, sequential design, and optimization. The game embeds a blackbox simulation within a shiny app whose interface is designed to simulate a realistic information–availability setting, while offering a stimulating, competitive environment wherein students can try out new methodology, and ultimately appreciate its power and limitations. Interface, rules, timing with course material, and evaluation are described, along with a “case study” involving a cohort of students at Virginia Tech. 真伪之辩——基于新近材料的“海德格尔事件”核心问题研究

新近出版的《海德格尔兄弟通信集》为“海德格尔事件”研究的突破性进展提供了非常重要的文本资料，为澄清诸多疑难问题提供了一个关键契机。受此推动，本文将对“海德格尔事件”的核心问题展开追问:海德格尔在校长任职动机问题上的自我辩护是谎言还是事实?胡戈·奥特在其研究中批评海德格尔的辩护乃是撒谎，这一判断以种种变式影响着今天的《黑皮笔记》研究;但依据更多材料和更严谨的分析，可以看出奥特这一具有重大影响力的研究工作存在严重漏洞，扭曲了事实，而多年来一直被质疑的海德格尔自我辩护反倒符合事实。这一发现不仅揭示出了重新全面解读“海德格尔事件”的必要性，而且推动着我们去沉思相关论战一再爆发的深层原因，这将有助于我们走上真正的疑难澄清之路。     

Understanding the dynamic interinfluences of implementation processes: An illustration by multiple case studies

Many dropout prevention programs have been developed and validated in the past decades. Yet, little is known about the contextual factors influencing the implementation of these programs. Implementation processes, such as school principal leadership and governmental funding, have been identified for their influence on program implementation, but the mutual or dynamic influence of these processes is yet to be understood. This study examines the processes involved in the implementation of Check & Connect (C&C), a well-established targeted dropout prevention program validated in several countries that aims at promoting the development of a significant relationship between at-risk students and a mentor as a way to prevent school dropout.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 mentors and coordinators directly involved in C&C implementation. Analyses were conducted in two subsequent steps: thematic analyses first helped identify implementation processes described by respondents, and then synthetic case studies allowed us to build the implementation stories of distinct sites. This last step was conducted using the Planned Change Framework.This framework helped us to understand the complex dynamics of implementation processes in each site, which were associated with previously identified program outcomes, beyond implementation fidelity. Implications for future implementations of evidence-based programs in the school setting are discussed.     

Improving patients’ satisfaction in a mobile hospital using Lean Six Sigma – a design-thinking intervention

Abstract

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) that offers a unique integration of Lean and Six Sigma has been accepted globally across services sectors. Previous studies that examined the application of LSS in healthcare were steered in traditional hospital settings. Apparently, there are no studies that highlight the application of LSS in mobile hospitals, an emerging trend in the healthcare sector. The aim of this article is to explore the applicability of LSS in a mobile hospital. The authors present a case study of improving patients’ satisfaction in a mobile hospital, through reducing turnaround time. Design-thinking intervention to LSS helped resolve a real-time problem using Define-Measure-Analyze-Design-Verify roadmap. This article contributes to the ‘healthcare quality” body of knowledge and is novel as it is the first of its kind of LSS application in a mobile hospital underpinning Design thinking. This study is unique as it demonstrates academia–industry collaboration in solving an organizational problem.     

面向汉语国际教育的记号字研究

在《汉语国际教育用音节汉字词汇等级划分》的3000汉字中,记号字占将近六分之一的比例,主要分布在一级、二级汉字中,其中在一级汉字中占绝对优势。记号字来源于六书中的象形字、会意字、形声字、指事字,也来源于半意半记字、音零字和记号字。在汉字形体演变的过程中,现今的记号字是由于笔形之变、结构之变和功能之变等诸多因素形成的,因此对记号字的认知也是分层次的,可以从文字学角度和非字源角度分别认知。     

学徒制的教育人道主义研究

教育人道主义精神强调珍视每个人的尊严、权利、自由和价值，把学生、教师当人看，教学为人存在，使人成为人。传统学徒制技艺传承过程蕴涵着丰富的人道主义精神包括：学徒入学的自愿性、学习目标明确性、学习过程的默会性、有合乎时代的文化传承、教学与生活合一、注重自主创新和发展。这些方面在西方现代学徒制中也有较为清晰的体现。我国现代学徒制教育体现人道精神的着力点还包括加强对“师傅”的人文关怀、加强对学生的职业生涯规划指导及职业文化熏陶。
