中等职业教育财政投入现状分析与对策研究——以河北省为例

文章通过发放调查问卷，归纳、整理“十二五”期间的财务会计报表对河北省中等职业教育财政投入状况进行了分析，揭示了存在的主要问题，提出了改进中等职业教育财政投入机制的对策和建议。     

Grandparents providing care for grandchildren and employment status of grandparents in South Korea

This study examines the association between providing care for grandchildren and the economic status of grandparents, focusing on the employment status. This study asks two questions. First, is providing care for grandchildren related to Korean grandparents’ employment status? Second, are the intensities of providing care for grandchildren related to grandparents’ employment status? In examining these research questions, this study focuses on gender and caregiving intensity. The findings suggest that providing care for grandchildren was associated with Korean grandmothers’ employment status. In addition, there are different relationships between providing care for grandchildren and grandparents’ employment status according to the caregiving intensities.     

红色文化增进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的多维向度解析

红色文化是中国革命建设征程的历史凝结,补钙壮骨,通今溯源,与中华民族共同体意识有着严密的耦合逻辑。在政治上,红色文化有利于坚定中国共产党的领导,明晰铸牢中华民族共同体意识的政治前提;在经济上,红色文化彰显社会主义市场经济的民族互惠指向,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的经济基础;在文化上,红色文化标注社会主义先进文化建设的中国底色,聚合中华民族共同体建设的文化动力;在社会上,红色文化促进各民族交往交流交融,提升铸牢中华民族共同体意识的社会认知;在生态上,红色文化有助于建立人与自然交响协奏的生命共同体,筑牢中华民族共同家园的生态底线。     

A Strange Kind of Science: Making Sense of the Millennium Villages Project

Abstract

The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are often critiqued as a strategy of social engineering. This analysis would seem to be supported by the case of the Millennium Villages Project (MVP), the world's leading programme for the achievement of the MDGs. At the level of its discursive articulation, the MVP appears as a scientific ‘proof of concept’ for the comprehensive engineering of neoliberal social orders. But its evaluation methodology has been widely criticised for a lack of scientific rigour, and field research that I conducted in the Ruhiira Millennium Village in Uganda in 2013 revealed serious problems of implementation. I argue that the MVP is better understood not as a strategy of social engineering but as the staging of a social fantasy in which the constitutive antagonisms of capitalist development are concealed. In this fantasy space, the MDGs function to fill the gap between the promise of development and the impossibility of capitalism without poverty.     

A randomized Baumgartner statistic for multivariate two-sample testing hypothesis

In this paper, multivariate two-sample testing problems were examined based on the Jure?ková–Kalina's ranks of distances. The multivariate two-sample rank test based on the modified Baumgartner statistic for the two-sided alternative was proposed. The proposed statistic was a randomized statistic. Simulations were used to investigate the power of the suggested statistic for various population distributions.     

荆州市太湖管理区新农村文化建设现状及对策

荆州市荆州区太湖管理区文化建设与其经济发展既大致一致,如各生产大队有广播、农家书屋等文化设施,有桃花会、广场舞、文体比赛等文体活动,村民有看电视等文化生活;同时,其也存在公共文体设施不足,文化投入不足,文化消费整体偏低,村民文化生活不够丰富,特色文化娱乐活动缺乏等有待改进之处。对此,应采取扩大现有文化品牌项目影响,提高现有文化项目效果,开拓新的文体活动项目,建设特色文体活动项目,加强文化建设骨干培养等相应对策。     

农地纠纷的成因及其对策思考

农地是农民最基本的生产和生活资料,直接关系到农户的切身利益,我国农地纠纷问题日益突出,影响了农村社会稳定和农业的发展。本文阐述了我国农地纠纷案件的主要特点,分析了农地纠纷产生的原因,提出解决农地纠纷的对策,对推动农地制度的改革,保持农村经济社会稳定,提高农民收入,促进农业和农村经济的发展有重要意义。

文章主要依据音义结合的方法,考证重庆方言中部分口语词之本字。     

新生代大学生农民工城市融入问题研究

大学生农民工是从新生代农民工群体中分化出来的新社会职业群体。借鉴恩泽格尔的移民分析四维度模型,对其城市融入现状进行分析;根据社会融合理论三个层次说,剖析了阻碍其城市融入的因素。应从大学生农民工群体特征和其城市融入困境因素着手,政府应消除二元体制,排解“融城”障碍;高校应加大职业教育,强化实践育人;个体应注重资本积累,拓展就业渠道等,以圆其“融城梦”。     

皖江城市带区域科技创新能力评价实证分析

安徽皖江城市带是以承接产业转移为主题的规划区域,在促进区域协调发展、推进皖江城市带社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用,同时,在先进制造业,新能源、新材料等新型产业的科技创新活动中取得了辉煌的成就。基于2008—2013年皖江城市带科技创新原始数据,结合皖江城市带实际,构建科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用灰色关联度和主成分方法对数据进行分析,提出提升皖江城市带科技创新能力的政策建议。
