图式理论、学习策略与大学英语口语教学

本研究采用定量分析的方法,对84名天水师范学院非英语专业的学生的口语水平进行测试。根据图式理论,口语任务分为有关键词及句型提示类和无提示类,并对被试的学习策略使用情况做了调查,结果发现,口语任务有提示与无提示对学生的口语成绩有显著影响,这说明图式理论完全适用于大学英语口语教学。     

“网上追逃”研究

“网上追逃”不仅涉及刑事诉讼中的侦查、审查起诉中的犯罪嫌疑人、审判阶段的被告人,也涉及刑罚执行阶段的罪犯,而且涉及监察案件的被调查人,因而并不仅仅属于侦查措施或者侦查活动。“网上追逃”的根本目的在于强制在逃人员恢复法定状态。强制恢复法定状态的措施主要包括异地拘留逮捕的协助执行、先行拘留、无证抓捕,以及由此发生相应的讯问、羁押、押解等相关活动。“网上追逃”应当从适用规范及权利保护两个方面进行规范。     

“亡(彳)”非“无吝”说

殷墟卜 辞命辞中的“亡(彳)”一词,丁山先生释读为“无尤”.半个世纪以来,学术界并无异议.近年来有学者提出新说,认为“(彳)”字应该是“拇”字的表意初文；又据声韵将其读作“吝”,“亡(彳)”就是《周易》、《归藏》等卜筮类文献的“无吝”.这个词汇在殷墟卜辞中出现频率很高,且与卜辞释读关系甚大,因此仍有进一步讨论的必要.分析该字字形以及“无吝”一词产生年代,此新说不能成立,丁山先生将“亡(彳)”释读为“无尤”应是可信的.     

对孟子“夭寿不贰”句之解读--以海德格尔《存在与时间》中的生存论思想为参照

孟子云“夭寿不贰，修身以俟之，所以立命也”，其中包含着“夭寿（生死）与命之间的关系”以及“修身立命”这两方面的问题。海德格尔《存在与时间》在时间的视域下，将此在解读为“向死而在”，与言说“生生之大德”的儒者形成一种互补关系。命定的偶然性（个体的人必然有具体的实质限定）、必死性（有限个体必有其死）和使命义（人禀受善性而有道德使命）这三者构成了《孟子》中的“命”义。孟子反求诸己，追求人的本然善性和生之尊严；海德格尔则认为面对死亡的决断，是个体成为本真存在的关键，而儒者的生活方式可视作本真存在的一种可能性。     

A study of DEA models without explicit inputs

In performance evaluations, data without explicit inputs (such as index data, pure output data) are widely used. To directly use such data, this paper presents a study on building DEA models without explicit inputs, so-called DEA-WEI models, which are applicable to the evaluation applications where inputs are not directly considered. We provide an axiom foundation of these kinds of models, and further discuss how to incorporate value judgments of decision makers into these DEA-WEI models. Several such models are derived. Finally, applications of the DEA-WEI models are presented.     

话语与心理变迁——再论义山的一首《无题》诗

李义山的《无题》诗,历来论者众多,解说纷纭。由于典事与"本事"相融,而致虚实相生,朦胧无定。这首《无题》诗,应主要是一首思念情妻之作。在诗中,作者并非一贯以男性为抒情主人公的立场,有时甚至以女性的角度来审视和抒发其情,更增加了义山诗的朦胧性。这种创作心理和审视角度的迁变,也引起了对此诗一些不确定的新解,很有必要提出并待商榷。     

On asymptotic non-normality of null distributions of mrpp statistics

Severe departures from normality occur frequently for null distributions of statistics associated with applications of mulLi-response permutation procedures (MRPP) for either small or large finite populations. This paper describes the commonly encountered situation associated with asymptotic non-normality for null distributions of MRPP statistics which does not depend on the underlying multivariate distribution. In addition, this paper establishes the existence of a non-degenerate underlying distribution for which the null distributions of MRPP statistics are asymptotically non-normal for essentially all size structure configurations. It is known that MRPP statistics are symmetric versions of a broader class of statistics, most of which are asymmetric. Because of the non-normality associated with null distributions of MRPP statistics, this paper includes necessary results for inferences based on the exact first three moments of anv statistic in this broader class (analogous to existing results for MRPP statistics).     

Public participation and the politics of humiliation

ABSTRACT

The article contends that the most popular form of Public Participation (PP) in SA is public protest, which, as a result of historical continuity, represents a direct response to the humiliations experienced by the poor, unemployed and socially excluded. Despite an enlightened human rights Constitution, if citizens are treated as consumers and left to the vagaries of the market PP mechanisms are likely to fail as they do not address the real social issues at the root of the discontent.
