| 摘 要： | 在改革开放取得伟大成就的同时，意识形态安全已成为我们不得不面对的问题，主流价值的弱化、“精神疲倦”的状态以及个人价值与社会价值的内在紧张对我国意识形态的建设提出了更高的要求。将人民利益作为意识形态建设的基点具有现实合理性与历史必然性，任何时候都应该成为维护意识形态安全工作的中心任务而不动摇。

| Abstract: | With the great achievement obtained from the reform and opening, the ideology safety has become the problem have to face.The mainstream value attenuation, the condition of “the spirit weary,” as well as the indi-vidual value and the social value intrinsic intense have set a higher request to the ideology construction.It is the re-alistic rational and the historical inevitable for is to put the people＇s benefit as the basic point of ideology construc-tion.Therefore, it should be the central task to maintain ideology security at any time. |
