| 摘 要： | 邓小平的民主观包括内容、形式和目标三个方面.建设社会主义民主的内容就是把权力下放给基层和群众,依靠人民的力量促进生产的发展.民主的形式就是要实现民主的制度化和法律化,保证社会的稳定和发展.民主的目标是调动群众的积极性,发挥人的创造力,实现人的自由发展.民主就是通过人的自由发展促进社会的稳定和发展.

| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping's view on democracy includes three aspects as concept, form and goal. The concept of construction of socialist democracy is to devolve rights to grassroots and the people so as to depend on the people's strength to promote the development of productive forces. The forms of democracy are to realize the systematization and the legislation of democracy in order to ensure the stability and development of society. The goal of democracy is to inspire enthusiasm in the people, to fulfill their creativity and to realize their free development. Democracy is to promote the stability and development of society through individual's free development. |
