谈谈我国高等院校实验室的现代化建设

本文分析了在现代高新技术革命浪潮的冲击下，高等院校实验室建设中所面临的一系列新的挑战；指出了当今我国高等院校实验室建设中普遍存在的问题；并根据当今科技发展的客观要求和我国的国情，就高等院校实验室提出了若干发展策略和具体措施。     

Major Hazard Information Policy in the European Community: Implications for Risk Analysis

The main impetus to the development of information about major industrial hazards in the European Community comes from the so-called Seveso Directive, which defines an information network and requires the generation and transmission of information as the basis for accident prevention and risk management. This important policy development, which calls for the formal identification and analysis of major hazards and the communication of risk information to members of the public, presents new opportunities and challenges to risk analysis and research in Europe. This paper briefly reviews the accidents that gave rise to the Directive and shaped its content, and then summarizes its requirements. The status of its implementation in the EC Member States is discussed, with special emphasis given to the comparison of safety analysis practices, the Major Accident Reporting System (MARS), and risk communication. Some new research directions stimulated by the Directive are identified.     

浅论新时期师专图书馆的建设与管理

随着新世纪的即将来临，高校图书馆正在加快自动化，网络化的建设步伐，向着电子化、 信息化的现代图书馆迈进。师专图书馆必须抓住机遇，以实现从传统管理向现代化管理的转变，这是 师专图书馆改革发展的必由之路。     

Emotion Regulation in Low-income Preschoolers

The present study was concerned with identifying the causes of low-income preschoolers' negative emotions and their most common regulation responses. The relations of family socialization practices and temperament to the children's emotion regulation skills were also examined. Ninety predominantly minority low-income preschoolers (46 boys) and their mothers participated. During visits to the children's preschools, observers watched for expressions of anger and sadness, and recorded the causes of the displays and the children's reactions. Mothers reported on their emotion socialization and discipline practices and their children's temperament. Although the children expressed more anger than sadness, they used more constructive reactions in response to sadness and more non-constructive reactions in response to anger. Maternal reports of appropriate family emotion were associated with low levels of non-constructive regulation responses to anger and sadness whereas reports of inconsistent parental discipline were generally associated with non-constructive regulation responses. All in all, the findings of this study are in accord with findings on middle-income children and indicate that low- and middle-income children are more alike than different with regard to the regulation of negative emotion in the peer environment.

综合激励模式在高校学生干部管理中的应用

当前,由于过分注重实践经验,学校管理者对学生干部的管理存在着招聘方式不够科学,培训流于形式,工作中缺少指导性规划,重命令轻自主性的发挥;人员过多,干部责任分散;忽视了学生干部的心理需求等问题。应采取综合激励模式,把好学生干部的招聘关,使其与同学、老师之间建立良好的心理契约。培训学生干部时,应注意内容与形式的有效结合,以激发学生干部担任相关职务的内在动机。同时要注重工作中的激励管理,明确奖惩,充分发挥精神和物质激励的作用,并做好学生干部换选中的情绪安抚工作,以维持并激发学生干部工作的积极主动性。     

基于管理式医疗的全民社会医疗保险初探

管理式医疗是美国占主导地位的医疗保险形式,可以看成是医疗保险公司运用期权思想管理风险的一种风险管理模式.深入剖析了我国医疗保险现存的问题,在公平与效率兼顾的基础上,借鉴美国管理式医疗的风险管理方法,提出了适合我国国情的全民社会医疗保险模式的构想,即以政府委托社会保障部门作为管理式医疗组织者,通过买入社区医疗服务网络这个买方期权,对冲其对投保人承担的卖出买方期权的风险,建立社会保障部门、社区医疗服务机构和投保人三方三位一体的风险管理模式.
