Asian Women,Job Training and the Social Organization of Immigrant Labor Markets

This paper examines the entry of Asian immigrant women into a gendered labor market via government-funded job training programs. The focus is on the intake processing of clients into an employment training program operated by a community based organization. The study reveals that women's family responsibilities and the cultural capital they bring function to screen them into or out of training programs and ultimately shape their location in the workforce. The study thus draws attention to how race, class, and gender enter into the organization of Asian immigrant women into the labor market. This investigation is based in institutional ethnography (Smith 1987), a research strategy which displays how activities in a particular setting are coordinated with more extended forms of social organization. The study shows that the overriding concern with successful placement in a job as mandated by government regulations is a critical factor in selecting the women for these programs.

以能力为导向的高校跨境电商人才培养模式研究

随着"一带一路"倡议的实施和企业"互联网+外贸"的转型升级,中国的跨境电子商务呈爆发式增长,对高素质跨境电商人才需求日益迫切。针对高校跨境电商人才培养存在的问题,从企业人才需求出发,提出了以能力为导向的跨境电商人才培养模式。通过确定人才培养目标,建立系统化的课程体系,构建多元化人才培养平台,强化实践教学,加强师资队伍建设等措施,推动跨境电子商务人才培养模式改革。     

应用型本科艺术设计人才培养“底线”与“顶线”的思考 ——以徐州工程学院为例

在我国积极推进高校“应用型”本科院校改革与建设的过程中,科学发展观是决定其成败的关键问题。而建立科学发展 观的前提是理清高校日常教学工作与教育内容所依据和参考的标准——“底线”与“顶线”问题。而在以徐州工程学院艺术设 计专业为代表的“应用型”学科的发展过程中,由于院校间的差异,存在着制度和内容各不相同的“底线”与“顶线”问题。为此, 在应用型本科艺术设计专业办学过程中理清两条线各自的定位与标准,对于科学推进应用型高校本科层次艺术设计专业的教 育教学改革,提升应用型艺术设计人才培养水平有着十分重要的作用。     

边疆民族地区小学教师校本培训评估

借鉴柯氏四级评估法的评价指标,运用问卷调查法和访谈法实地调研了边疆民族地区小学教师及学校管理者,从参训教师及学校管理者的不同视角对校本培训的反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层四个层级来评价培训的实施成效。评估结果显示,边疆民族地区小学教师校本培训的改进方向是确定教师培训需求、优化培训内容以及维持受训教师行为水平。     

Development and Evaluation of a Web-Based Clinician Training Program for a Family-Focused Depression Preventive Intervention

This study evaluated the acceptability, feasibility, and satisfaction associated with a newly developed online clinician training program for the Family Talk preventive intervention, both alone and together with a redesigned, shortened, face-to-face component. Fifty-eight predominately in-home therapy clinicians participated in the study. Results indicated that clinician participants found the online training to be enjoyable and comprehensive, and they reported that the most beneficial training package involved the combination of web-based and in-person training. This combined training could efficiently cover necessary didactic material online while also delivering important clinical skill practice and in-person discussion. Exceptions, limitations, and important future research questions are discussed.     

我国职业技术培训现状及对策研究

我国近年来出现了"用工荒"和大学生"就业难"并存的问题,该问题的解决需要从劳动力的"质"上去突破,要通过职业技术培训来改善我国的人才结构。但是我国目前的"学校-企业-培训机构"三位一体的职业技术培训体系还存在诸多不足,文章将从主体资格、培养方式两个方面提出解决对策。

案例教学法在应用型人才培养中发挥着重要作用,应用日益广泛,但实践应用方面尚有诸多需要研究和解决的问题。文章围绕案例教学中案例教学准备、小组讨论、课堂讨论、案例教学评价、案例教学条件保障5个环节对案例教学实践应用进行初步研究和探讨。
